Joshua 22:10-12

¹⁰ And they came to the region of the Jordan that is in the land of Canaan, and the descendants^[a] of Reuben, Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh built there an altar on the Jordan, a large and imposing altar.^{[b] 11} And the Israelites^[c] heard it said that the descendants^[d] of Reuben, Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh had built an altar next to the land of Canaan, in the region of the Jordan, on the side belonging to the Israelites.^{[e] 12} When the Israelites^[f] heard of it, the whole congregation of the Israelites^[g] gathered at Shiloh to go up against them for battle.
